The store at 9521 Viscount, formerly part of a shuttered Dallas chain, was one of 16 CompUSA stores purchased by New York company Systemax Inc. and recently reopened. Eastsider Noel Pallares and his 7-year-old daughter, Victoria, got in line at 6:30 a.m. to check out the new store and to buy a television. “It’s good for El Paso,” Pallares said. “It gives you more options to shop.”
