Purchased the 9600gt 1 gig from Dell and when installed was told that I do not have enough power to run.Additional power connector supplied was notlong enough to connect with two disk drives.I now am confused because dell says I have to get a longer cable. Went to specifcations and it says. Used to connect external 400W power supply.My computer is a pentium 5 Xps which already has a 450 min power supply. Lost sound and will not play my games in 2560×1600 Resolution.I have (4) gigs of memory installed so why do I need more power.Is there a longer cable available? Dell could not help me after being on line for (2) hours with them. I am looking for a new sound card As I think we blew it out.
