Garmin Nuvi 200W GPS NavigationTruth be told, not every one of us is blessed with a good sense of direction. Getting lost in the city wastes us valuable time, fuel, and ultimately money. What’s more, driving in the city is stressful as it is, so when you constantly find yourself taking the wrong turns and running in circles, you feel tremendous frustration. If you are one of these people who aren’t particularly gifted with a biological compass, the next best thing would be to get a GPS navigation device. Turn to the Garmin Nuvi 200W GPS navigation device, and let it guide you to where you want to go.

You can expect the Garmin Nuvi 200W to be extremely easy to carry around. This particular model comes from Garmin’s Nuvi 200-series of GPS devices, which all boast of a sleek and slim profile. Its highly-sensitive GPS antenna is placed internally, thus giving it a sleek profile which makes it easier to mount on the dashboard.

Another great thing about the 200W is that it is very simple to operate. The touch-operated 4.3 inch widescreen display provides you with an easy-to-use interface which allows you to browse through its menus and maps, as well as its other functions. The screen is made of an antiglare material that allows it to be as vivid as ever even in high sunlight conditions.

The Garmin Nuvi 200W is jam-packed with features. It comes preloaded with maps of the lower 48 states, and Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Once the device starts up, it allows you to do a quick search for the point of interest you’re looking for. The start-up screen features the “Where to?” and “View Map” options, thus letting you start your trip right away. Once you’ve selected a destination, the 200W brings up 2D and 3D maps with a turn-by-turn voice guide. You can even set alerts to warn you when a certain point of interesting is nearing you.

The Garmin Nuvi 200W is not your barebones navigation device as it includes a number of tools that add real value to it. I would have watched the show on the 9th had I known about it as the Email did not come until the 10th. You knew that there was a show on the 9th for a while, so I find it hard to understand that you would wait until the last minute to let the rest of us know.
