I am a very unhappy customer. Thursday’s newspaper ad had a Vizio 1080P 42″ TV on sale Thursday & Friday for $699.99. I called the Altamonte Springs and Orlando stores and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they ever had any and was told at both stores “I think so”. I asked to speak to the managers who would not come to the phone but instructed their salespeople that they were “sold out”. When I commented that you usually state “While supplies last” for the super deals that this didn’t state that I was told “yes, but they should have. I know the fine print at the bottom stated this but I don’t believe the stores had more than 1 or 2 TV’s (if that) and you were just trying to get people in to switch them. I asked for corporate and was given several bad #’s, even told to go to the tiger direct website (same as this one). I got quite a run around with no live managers and eventually left a message but, no surprise I didn’t receive a callback. I am just interested to know if anyone at your company is available to give a customer good service. Is this possible?
Thank you, Jim Wickert
